Welcome To Steve's Html Tutorial

UNIT 3: Aligning Text With Images

By Now You Know A Really Big Chunk Of Html
So, Play Around With What You've Learned So Far, When Doing This Lesson
Have Fun!

This Is Aligned To The Top <IMG ALIGN="Top" SRC="http://members.lycos.co.uk/stevesthinktank/images/dblue.jpg">

This Is Aligned To The Middle <IMG ALIGN="Middle" SRC="http://members.lycos.co.uk/stevesthinktank/images/dblue.jpg">

This Is Aligned To The Bottom <IMG ALIGN="Bottom" SRC="http://members.lycos.co.uk/stevesthinktank/images/dblue.jpg">

The Above Codes Are Great If You Only Want To Align A Single Line Of Text, You'll Notice The Next Line Goes Below The Image.
Here's What To Do If You Want To Align More Than One Line Of Text Beside An Image.
Rather Than Using The Align=top, Middle Or Center Code. Use Align= Left Or Right
Look I'll Show You What I Mean.

This Is Aligned To The Right
<IMG ALIGN="Right" SRC="http://members.lycos.co.uk/stevesthinktank/images/dblue.jpg">
Notice How Your Image Is Aligned To The Right Of All Of This Text?
Very, Cool

This Is Aligned To The Left
<IMG ALIGN="Left" SRC="http://members.lycos.co.uk/stevesthinktank/images/dblue.jpg">
Notice How Your Image Is Aligned To The Left Of All Of This Text?
Also, Very Cool.

So, Type The Proper Image Code You Want To Use, And At The End Of The Code Put All Of The Text You Want To Align. The Top, Middle, Bottom Aligns
Will Not Allow <br> Or <P>.
But When You Use Align "Left" And "Right" You Can Put As Many <br> And <P>'s As You Want.

There You Have It, HTML In A Nut Shell.
I Bet You Think You're Pretty Smart Now. Don't You?
Well, You Know The Basics. The Rest Will All Come To You Soon Enough.
Check Back Soon I Will Be Adding Some Advanced Html Scripting
